What is your return policy?

All Me Ke Aloha orders are final. We take great pride in ensuring your gift is delivered in the most pristine condition. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@mekealohagifts.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Since this is a gift, can I request a specific delivery date?

Yes! Please email info@mekalohagifts.com with your order number and requested delivery date and we will be sure that your gift is sent to be received by your requested date.

Can you include a personalized note in my order?

Yes! Our premium packaging includes a handwritten note. In your cart you will see an option to include a personalized note. Please be aware that we will write the note exactly as the text is shown. Please also browse our Made in Hawaii cards should you want to upgrade from a standard notecard and envelope for a special occasion!

My box is a gift, I don’t want a receipt or any prices shown to the recipient.

Not to worry none of our orders are shipped with pricing information. Packing slips, without prices, are only sent with our boutique orders. 

Do you offer local Hawaii pick up?

Yes! Pick-up is available at our Honolulu boutique located in Hawaii Kai.

What does "Standard" Shipping Method mean?

This is a more affordable method of shipping that will take a few days longer then USPS Priority. These orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the delivery address. These orders still typically arrive within a week but do take 2-3 days longer on average to arrive at the recipient's address.

What shipping options can I choose?

At checkout you will see the shipping methods available to your delivery address, however we send gifts via USPS and UPS. On occasion with special orders FedEx may be used.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are packed and shipped from Hawaii within 48 hours. The actual shipping time will depend on your delivery address. You will receive a shipping status notification once your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped so that you can track your order.
